Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
- All sales are final. We do not provide refunds or allow chargebacks for consultations, services, products, packages, or memberships.
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to retain the balance as a credit for future services or products. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Memberships and financing agreements (Cherry, etc.) must be paid in full, even if you choose to end treatment early.
- Prepaid services, gift cards, and account balances are non-refundable but may be used toward future services or products.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or a forfeited appointment, depending on availability.
